reliability mash black seven ????

Notapor Donnieclark » 25 Nov 2017, 06:36

Hello,

After several months of savings I finally have the money to pay me the bike of my dreams: the black seven.
Basically I was saving for coffee racer but when this model is out I fell in love.

Since the bike just out, I looked a little on the forum for information about its reliability but in vain (not enough members who bought it)
I call therefore to those who have had the chance to buy or test, can you tell me what you think?
Reliability looks good? The new engine? Assembly quality? in short, your feelings.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

Good night, Donnieclark !!! .. I have owned a black seven for seven months and I can assure you that I am delighted with it. It is very reliable and its behavior on the road is wonderful, I can assure you that some other look lifts wherever you go. Surely it is a small displacement ... but with a couple of changes and improvements you will be the soul of the party ... I hope I have helped you, greetings. :D

Dear friend,

The reliability of the engine and gear box it's out of any doubt.. don't worry about this...

The only problems that you will find (or not) are some components, cheap and with poor quality (battery, starter relay, coils...) some light bulbs (front or flashing lights, the rear light it's LED, with no problems)... cheap and small problems in any case, and not so difficult to change (and improve for a better ones)

And of course, the tires. The chinese tires mounted in all MASH models, specially for cold and wet weather... are a terrible.

In all MASH models the two first improvements to do in the bike are:

TIRES. Look for a reliable tires from a reliable trademark (Bridgestone, Michelin, Metzeler, Dunlop...)
The motorbike came from factory with a 13-tooth sprocket. It's interesting to change to the 14-tooth sprocket. It's really cheap, and it's recomended for several official workshops (in Spain)

Hoping that this information will help you in your decision, we remain at your disposal for any further info you may need.

Ricard
The best is yet to come
